At Ivory Grande Design Collective, every event is custom designed and reserved exclusively for our clients. Because we begin planning, sourcing materials, reserving inventory, and securing your event date immediately after booking, our cancellation policy is outlined below.

 

Event Design & Planning Services

To reserve your event date, a non-refundable 25% retainer is required.

If the Client cancels the event:

• 120 days or more before the event: All payments made beyond the 25% non-refundable retainer will be refunded.

• 75–119 days before the event: The Client is responsible for 50% of the total contract amount.

• 31–74 days before the event: The Client is responsible for 75% of the total contract amount.

• 30 days or fewer before the event: The full contract amount (100%) is due and non-refundable.

Event Rescheduling

Requests to reschedule services must be made at least 30 days before the scheduled event, when possible.

If approved:

• The original 50% deposit may be applied toward the new event date.

• Any additional expenses incurred, including labor, specialty products, perishable items, rental fees, or supplier charges, will be the responsibility of the Client.

• If the rescheduled event is later cancelled, the original deposit remains non-refundable.

Rescheduling is subject to venue availability, vendor availability, and Ivory Grande Design Collective's scheduling capacity.

Refunds

Due to the custom nature of our services, refunds are limited.

Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Any refund issued is solely at the discretion of Ivory Grande Design Collective and will take into consideration work already completed, products ordered, vendor commitments, and expenses incurred on behalf of the Client.
