Welcome to Ivory Grande Design Collective, LLC ("Ivory Grande Design Collective," "we," "our," or "us"). By using this website, requesting information, registering for a class, or purchasing services through our website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

Website Use

This website is intended to provide information about our luxury event design services, draping education, and related offerings. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

 

Intellectual Property

All photographs, videos, graphics, designs, written content, logos, and other materials displayed on this website are the property of Ivory Grande Design Collective, LLC unless otherwise noted. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.

 

Event Design Services

Submitting an inquiry or consultation request does not create a client relationship.

All custom event design services are governed by a separate written Event Design Agreement signed by both Ivory Grande Design Collective and the client. That agreement controls project details, pricing, payment schedules, cancellation terms, design revisions, delivery, setup, and all other event-related services.

 

Draping Classes

Class registrations are non-refundable.

If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, your registration may be transferred to a future class offered by Ivory Grande Design Collective, subject to availability.

Class registrations may also be transferred to another individual with advance written notice.

If you choose to pay through a third-party financing provider such as Afterpay or another payment service, your payment agreement remains between you and that provider.

 

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of registration unless an approved third-party financing option is selected.

 

Travel

Ivory Grande Design Collective proudly serves clients throughout the United States. Travel fees may apply for events outside our local service area.

 

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate information on this website, we make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted access or the accuracy of all content. Ivory Grande Design Collective shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of this website except as required by applicable law.

 

Changes

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
